Something we love about the mobile bar community here at Roll To is the chance to interact with small business owners who deliver unique experiences and aesthetics for their customers. Every mobile bar conversion is distinct, with customizations and finishing touches that might be added to reflect the trailer’s geographic location and history or express its owners background and passions.
With Paloma Celebrations, owner Simcha wanted to convey her love of French cafés and spending long evenings with friends savoring the little things in life. Combine this with her business partner Sierra’s experience in the Napa and Southern California hospitality industry, and a gorgeous mobile bar business with stellar event credentials was born.
“We would meet for happy hour regularly and talk about creating a mobile bar over glasses of Prosecco. We wanted to add something unique to our small community in Northern California and do work that promoted celebrating life’s special moments”.
In collaboration with Hudson Trailer Co., the Paloma mobile bar was built from the ground up by the two close friends, allowing them to pick out all the eye-catching features you see in the photos below, including a copper tin wall, pretty wooden countertops and exterior lights.
And wow, what a wall it is! The copper shines majestically in the sun and looks stunning at night when lit up from inside the trailer. Paired with vintage barware and European design influences, the Paloma certainly succeeds in evoking Parisian café and soirées with friends.
Whilst Simcha and Sierra have worked hard to ensure that their mobile bar is visually appealing, its about so much more than aesthetics for them. As they told us, “We have loved creating our own business and having an independent niche in our community. We have also loved working with other small businesses for the caravan build and logo creation and connecting with other vendors in the entertainment industry.”
“We hope that the 2022 event season is filled with great celebrations and lots of good times between friends and family. We’re looking forward to staying busy and helping folks’ special days be extra enjoyable with our mobile bar.”
Simcha and Sierra add that their aspirations for every booking are to “make your party pop” and to ensure that customers “sip in style”. Well, you only have to look at the photos in this post to see that those goals are met each and every time the Paloma mobile bar rolls into an event!
The Paloma boasts three taps, available for beer, wine, cider, or even kombucha. They also offer signature cocktails, a beer sampling trio, local cider tastings, champagne and a selection of mimosas or spritzes.
And if cozy hot drinks are more your thing, the Paloma also offers coffee, tea, hot cocoa and other non-alcoholic options, perfect for an outdoor movie night, morning work meeting or children’s party.
