Eager to learn more about this unique catering option, we sat down with Catherine who shed some light on how she has now ended up finding herself at the wheel of The Falcon (as her renovated Ford is named).
“After years of working as an event planner, I felt really inspired to step into my favorite part of the event world - beverages!
I saw this untapped (pun intended) need at events in which going to the bar could feel soulful and inclusive.
I am able to take all of my knowledge and passion for events and channel it toward creating an experience for people that leaves them feeling seen and excited.”
The Falcon is equipped with a four way tap system that keeps your beverages cold and your options open, with endless drinks choices including beer, wine, champagne, cider, hard seltzer, kombucha, nitro cold brew, sparkling spa waters, lemonade, iced tea and more at your disposal.
Created in partnership with the talented folks at Custom Built USA, the ’65 Ford is about as mobile as a bar can get.
Able to drive right up to your event and begin serving, there aren’t many venues off limits to The Falcon, inside or out.
