We are Maegan & Andy Kohn, the duo behind the creation of The Booze Buggy.
The concept of The Booze Buggy came to life one evening over a bottle of wine.
We joked "if kids have ice cream trucks, why don't we have booze trucks"?
What started as a lighthearted, wine-fueled conversation quickly turned into a realistic business endeavor with a lot of hard work, patience, and of course another bottle or two of wine along the way.
Our vision in creating The Booze Buggy is to provide an unforgettable and elevated beverage experience for you and your guests at any special event across North Carolina.
Maegan has worked for a decade in the California Wine Industry and has an extensive background in the world of Food & Beverage and Corporate Hospitality, creating the perfect foundation for her first solo business adventure.
While Andy's professional background and expertise is in Golf, he has developed a true passion for wine and spirits.
The Booze Buggy is our small, family-owned business and we understand what it takes to create a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
From our unique setup and presentation to our unmatched hospitality and customer service, The Booze Buggy will prove to be an essential addition to your upcoming event.
Each Booze Buggy package includes:
- Custom letter board & framed bar menu
- Glassware
- 8oz mini mason jars for wine & 16oz mason jars for beer
- Cocktail napkins
- A friendly, professional, and state certified bartender
- Liquor liability and general liability insurance
- 3 hours of bar service (additional hours can be added)
- Setup, service, breakdown and cleanup
- Neutral decor, faux candles, and light up bar signs (you can also custom decorate The Booze Buggy with your own event decor, floral options, balloons, etc.)
- Personal consulting to ensure that your Booze Buggy experience is fun, memorable, and cost efficient
- Alcohol is not included in the package price. We will help you to custom select the best beer, wine or champagne to accommodate your needs.
