When she’s not joining in on the dancefloor, owner Vivian can be found serving signature cocktails from a converted 1970s horse trailer, lovingly referred to as ‘Magnus’. The bar’s sleek, modern exterior is complemented by cream accents and white walls. Magnus is stylish and adds a touch of class to proceedings.
The Thirsty Horse mobile bar is super versatile, having been deployed at all sorts of events, ranging from rustic ranch weddings to backyard Halloween parties and hot cocoa Christmas celebrations.
Vivian is also launching her very own line of cocktail mixers and garnishes, named ‘Local Sips’, using fresh citrus fruits from local farms.
